Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-supported and community-based organization committed to national leadership in the fight against AIDS. Hetrick Martin Institute (HMI)
.  The Hetrick-Martin Institute provides social support and programming for at-risk lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or questioning (LGBTQ) youth. Youth members range in age from 12 to 21.  Hetrick-Martin is also the host agency for Harvey Milk High School, devoted to serving at-risk youth since 1985. www.hmi.org 

Human Rights Campaign (HRC): The Human Rights Campaign represents a grassroots force of over 750,000 members and supporters nationwide. Immigration Equality:
Immigration Equality is a national organization fighting for equality under U.S. immigration law for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and HIV-positive individuals.  Founded in 1994 as the Lesbian and Gay Immigration Rights Task Force, we have grown to a membership of 10,000 people in cities all over the country.  www.immigrationequality.org

Lambda Legal

National Center for Lesbian Rights (N.C.L.R.): Thirty-one years ago, two brave and determined women fresh out of law school and eager to make a difference decided to put their knowledge to good use. As legal scholars, Donna Hitchens and Roberta Achtenberg saw the courtroom as a way to change the world. As lesbians, they had experienced frustrations and fears both personal and professional and didn’t want others to suffer the same. Queens Pride House is a non-profit organization based in the borough of Queens in New York City.
